DJ JBlair is a professional DJ, music producer, and event entertainer born and raised in Portland, Oregon. His career is rooted in a lifelong connection to music, rhythm, movement, and culture—shaped by both formal training and real-world performance experience across clubs, schools, weddings, corporate events, and live productions.

From a young age, Jeremy was immersed in music. He began his musical journey at age 10 in 1996, starting with classical violin and later expanding into guitar, keyboard, digital drums, audio engineering, vocal performance, and lyrical writing. This early foundation created a deep understanding of melody, timing, structure, and emotion in music.

As a teenager and young adult, his passion evolved into DJing and production. By 2004, at age 18, he began performing as a battle-style DJ, focusing on beat juggling, scratching, and technical turntablism. Around the same time, he began performing at house parties and hip-hop cipher sessions, building real-world experience reading crowds and shaping energy through music.

In 2006, Jeremy attended Mt. Hood Community College, where he studied music production and audio engineering, further strengthening his technical foundation in sound design and performance.

Jeremy has been performing professionally as a DJ since 2004 and has worked across a wide range of event environments and music styles. Since 2015, he has worked full-time as a professional DJ and event entertainer, expanding into weddings, corporate events, school events, festivals, and nightlife entertainment.

Personal Life & Inspiration

Outside of DJing, Jeremy enjoys roller skating, snowboarding, and spending time in nature. These activities provide balance, creativity, and restoration away from performance environments.

He also values meditation, reflection, and time in the wilderness as part of his personal grounding and creative process. His connection to natural energy, movement, and flow plays an important role in how he approaches music and performance.
